Our terms and conditions for property management services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Villa Star's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Property Management Services

Villa Star provides comprehensive property management services including but not limited to:

  • Property rental and leasing management
  • Maintenance and repair coordination
  • Guest services and concierge
  • Financial reporting and management

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete property information
  • Maintain adequate property insurance
  • Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in your property management agreement. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your contract. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Termination terms and conditions are detailed in your property management contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

Villa Star shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
